As the Counsel-Development Associate for CitiSculpt, Eric Applefield is responsible for drafting and reviewing operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, master declarations, titles, and other legal documents. He is also involved in research, due diligence, and management for developments, from acquisition to entitlement to debt and equity financing.

Applefield brings analytical and problem solving skills to each project and has the ability to decipher complex legal processes and is:

  • Tasked with research, due diligence, and management from acquisition to entitlement to debt and equity financing for developments
  • Drafted and reviewed operating agreements, purchase and sale agreements, leases, master declarations, titles, and other legal documents
  • Constructed cost analysis and proforma for future multifamily and office acquisitions
  • Negotiated multiple financing term sheets and managed through the closing process
  • Navigated through the rezoning process for multiple projects
  • Experienced with alternative methods of finance including: EB-5, TIF districts, abatements,Brownfields programs, and other tax credit programs
