Charles Lindsey McAlpine describes the real estate development business like putting together a puzzle: you have to figure out how all of the pieces fit with one another to create an overall picture. Solving that difficult challenge is what drives McAlpine every day.
With a passion for real estate development, McAlpine started his first multi-million dollar business at age 19. Since then, his experience and determination have grown, even in difficult times for the real estate market. No matter the obstacles, quitting has never been an option for McAlpine, and he has enjoyed working on projects large and small, complicated and simple. His focus has always remained on getting the best possible end results.
“We’re like symphony conductors. We orchestrate and coordinate people who create beautiful things.”
-Charles Lindsey McAlpine
